We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Download Shipping Label
Select your preferred return shipping method and download the prepaid postage label provided by our returns partner.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team has inspected and processed your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit code to use on your next purchase.
